GSL/PDO will send home any child, who displays any of the above symptoms.

The state of Tennessee and GSL/PDO requires that each child have an up to date record of immunication on file with us. Your pediatrician can provide the form and fax it directly to us at 272-9833.

A 30 day written notice is required when deactivating a child from the PDO program during a session. Without such notice parents are responsible for tuition for the following month.

Sign in / Sign out
Find your child's name printed on the sign in (located on the table in the PDO lobby) and indicate time in and out.

Please inform the director and your child's teacher if someone else is picking up your child. That person must present the program with adequate identification.

We will not send your child home with someone unfamiliar unless the above procedure is followed.
